I just got a new laptop and when I opened Sims 4 for the first time I got a popup saying "unrecognized video card" . I've been searching the internet all day trying to fix it, but nothing is helping. I went to the GraphicsCards.sgr file and my graphics card wasn't there, so I tried to make a new line and add mine (because that's what everything is telling me to do), but it won't let me save the changes because I don't own the file or something. I'm not at all familiar with how to fix things when it comes to Sims. Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong or how I can fix it? Here's what it says in the Config.log file:
