Reaper Career - unable to select computer interactions during active workday

What the title says. Anytime I do an active workday and the tasks tell me to "order supplies" or "file death certificate," none of the computers or slablets have the options available. It's been happening for a few irl days, the game has been fully closed and reopened multiple times. I have some mods, but I can't imagine any of them interfering with a select type of active workday tasks. 

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a me thing and I'm missing something obvious, or is it a bug? Thanks!
