Reaper's rewards tasks not saving and I cannot redo weeks 1-3

Hi! I had this same issue last week, I opened my save, the same save I started with the reaper's rewards, and it doesn't open the tasks up for weeks 1-3. I have tried to redo them but Grimm won't cal...

    @amethystaza  Try removing accountDataDB.package, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.  Let me know what happens.

    If you don't see any tasks at all, make sure Online Social Features is enabled, under Options > Game Options > Other.  If it's disabled, you'll need to enable it and restart the game.

Joke! Waiting for the update to see if the Reaper's Rewards Event is back up and running.... and nothing!
You don't have the option to change the lot trait as you are asking for in the event, as it does not appear in the options! And the book of skills I earned, also didn't appear in the inventory or in the item purchase menu...
For a change, the people at EA are only concerned with making money with the new expansion and don't care at all about disappointing the game's fans...
I don't have MODs, I don't want complicated solutions, I want an update that solves these bugs!!
