Recommend me a laptop pls

Hello guys, I usually play on ps5 but I want to play this game on laptop and I don’t want to spend a lot of money on a gaming one. Can someone recommend me cheap models please?

  • thaalcj  What are your budget and country?  Available laptops can vary greatly from one region to another, and so can prices, so what might be a good option in one location could be completely overpriced or simply unavailable elsewhere.

Omg thanks god it’s you! I’m from Spain and I don’t want to spend more than 300 bc I won’t use it for anything else. The only reason I don’t use ps5 is bc I’d like to use mods

  • thaalcj  I don't know the Spanish market very well, but I did check about ten different sites.  The best laptop I saw, by far, for around 300€ is this one:

    https://informatica-barata.com/es/104133-portatil-hp-255-g9-5y427ea-ryzen-3-5425u-8gb-256gb-ssd-156-win11.html

It should be able to run all Sims 4 content together on medium-high graphics settings, maybe better if you don't install many expansion packs.  Its 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage are enough for the game, although you'll want to close most other apps before you start to play.

I saw a few laptops for about the same price that are a step down in terms of performance, but nothing at this level, at least not that also came with Windows pre-installed.  If installing the OS isn't a problem, this is a good alternative, with a slightly better processor and graphics chip, and twice the storage:

    https://www.amazon.es/Lenovo-IdeaPad-Gen-Ordenador-Operativo/dp/B0BQRMZN69/

The versions of this laptop that come with Windows are more expensive, and the cheapest one has a slower processor and graphics chip.

If you'd like me to check other websites that you trust, please link them.  The language difference isn't a problem—I speak enough Spanish to understand everything on the product pages.

As a side note, you would need to repurchase any DLC you currently own for Playstation, as the content doesn't transfer between platforms.
