Redeem Code Issues Sims 4
I'm trying to download Sims 4 onto my Macbook with my redeem code from my PC disc. It says that my redeem code has already been used, but I haven't entered it. Help me I want to play so bad.

Hi @katiesthename,
you don't need to redeem the code again. Make sure to download Origin for Mac from here: http://origin.com/download then login with your account you've registered the game on and find it in my games to download.
