redeemed code

I already installed "The Sims 4" in my computer about 2/3 years ago. Now I want to play again but my code is already used (I logged in with the account I used 2/3 years ago). What can I do?

I’m sure, I’ve logged in origin one time and with that account

@Dilemine   You will have to contact EA customer support as they can research this issue. If you are getting the code already in use then the code has been activated in an account already and this issue can not be resolved in these public forums.
