Redeemed expansion packs need 'restart' but isn't working

I recently bought 2 expansion packs of which I had to redeem a code for. The downloading process went well and it states that it's installed on the EA app. When in game and looking into my owned game...

@aaveous  Please take a screenshot of the game's program files.  Since you originally installed through Origin, this would be the default location:

Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4

I'd like to see the contents of this Sims 4 folder; please note that this is NOT the one in Documents\Electronic Arts but rather an entirely different folder.  Please also let me know which packs you bought that won't install.

Finally, let me know whether you have the Sims 4 CAS Demo installed.

I tried doing as you requested, this is what came up. I do have the sims 4 cas demo installed and the packs that I'm having difficulty with are the Discover University and Get together expansion packs.
