Redeeming product code sims 4
Bought the Business and Hobby expansion pack, I entered the code it went in then the app refreshed. I retried the code and then its saying the code has already been redeemed. Its not showing in my library and its still asking me to purchase the game.
21MAUDI just got out of the game and did app recovery (clear cache) and restarted the EA app. Not saying this is a fix because I did this several times today and it did nothing but you should give that a try.
