Redirected to World Select - Sims 4

Question

Since this latest update with locking doors/Spa Day, any time I attempt to load into a household my game redirects me back to the world select and cancels selecting the household. Please help. I love the Sims, and I'd hate for something like this to get in the way of that.

Are you using mods? The friendship decay one seemsbto cause this

I use a few mods, yes. But this problem only cropped up after the new update, and I've not added anything since or directly before.
