Refund - where can I get one?
Unfortunately I'm forced to ask for a refund of the game pack Ecological Life which I've purchased today. After purchasing and downloading the expansion pack it didn't show up in my game, tried everything to make it work such as deleting cache and deleting Origin in it's whole and re-downloading it again. After doing research, I found out that Ecological Life isn't compatible with the Legacy Edition which I'm forced to work with.
Therefore I'd like to ask for a refund, but I can't find any email addresses which I can send an email to. If I fill in the contact options on the website it keeps directing me to this forum and nothing else. Would've been cool if I knew about this expansion pack not being compatible with the legacy edition before purchasing but here we are.
Does anyone know how to get in contact with EA / Origin for a refund? If I sign in with my EA account in the refunds page it says I haven't got any games to be refunded.
@vagabisshh While Sims 4 packs are considered DLC and thus not generally eligible for a refund, EA customer support often makes exceptions in this case. Your best bet is to request a live chat and explain that your computer can't run the standard version of Sims 4 and therefore can't run Eco Lifestyle either.

If you don't see the live chat option, try changing your location (in the upper right corner of the page) to U.S. or U.K.
