Rental convert to residential

In the Sims 4 Snowy Escape I had converted the 5-1-1 rental lot to a residential lot and moved a household in and all was fine after I closed and opened the game several times. I “saved as” my save, ...

I'm in the same pickle, only I'm wanting to convert a lot in Granite Falls & I DO have mods & CC in my game but NONE of which have ANYTHING WHATSOEVER to do with RENTALS

    @BachPatu Do you have any that change lot types ?

    Best would be to test without to rule out that it's a mod issue.
