For some reason It wouldn't let me upload multiple files to one post so here is the last crash file for the issue above.

This seems to be a memory issue. Try running Microsoft memory diagnostics. Also check for over heating due to dust.

Memory Diagnostic is negative for issues.
Computer case has been cleaned religiously including all cards and fan ports. I most recently cleaned it last week when I removed RAM, cleaned the RAM connections with a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a foam swab, and used canned air to blow out the DIMM slots. I even went as far as to remove and replace the thermal paste on my processor about a month back suspecting overheating. Problem persisted.

Try to completely uninstall The Sims 4 reboot and reinstall. Just to be safe make a backup of your sims 4 user files.
