Memory Diagnostic is negative for issues.
Computer case has been cleaned religiously including all cards and fan ports. I most recently cleaned it last week when I removed RAM, cleaned the RAM connections with a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a foam swab, and used canned air to blow out the DIMM slots. I even went as far as to remove and replace the thermal paste on my processor about a month back suspecting overheating. Problem persisted.
Try to completely uninstall The Sims 4 reboot and reinstall. Just to be safe make a backup of your sims 4 user files.
I have already tried that with no luck. But I am a not opposed to trying it again. I will uninstall, reboot, and re-install and let you know if the problem persists.

See if it runs better in that way.
It runs slightly better windowed, but I am still experiencing similar crashes just slightly less frequently.
