I'm so confused. I downloaded the update about 8:45 EST today (2/3/2026) and just a short time ago watched a video about the initial update being reverted to version 1.120 with a second update along with problems launching the game. Started Sims 4 up (no problems) and the version says 1.121.342.1030. After the update mess what is the correct game version supposed to be, 1.120 or 1.121? I don't want to start playing and then find out my save is messed up. Thanks :).

with the Day 0 patch, the game should now be version 1.121.342.1030 - your game is therefore correctly up-to-date.
