The issue with the Kits should be fixed now. If you haven't yet had a chance to check, please see if you can download the Kits you purchased. They should now be available for you.

I purchased the Sims 4 kits on march 3rd. Today when I loaded the game they were gone, saying I do not own them.
I am experience the same issue as well! Hopefully they figure out this glitch soon!
It's very annoying! I thought I was contacting origin and not on a forum. 😃 I fixed my original post. I've never had any issues until this so I wasn't sure where to go. 🙂
I'm having the same issue. which is annoying since I had used a lot of the stuff from all the kits.
Same issue for me. Purchased 2 kits on March 4th. All content from those kits is now missing/removed. What gives, Origin?
Okay - so when I logged on today It said I only had The Throwback Fit Kit. So I looked into it and went to contact EA via chat.... Started out at 99+ in wait, now - a half hour later - I am down to 47 in line... Also - one of the kits came back... Now I own Country Kitchen again... Now just to give me back Bust the Dust...
