The issue with the Kits should be fixed now. If you haven't yet had a chance to check, please see if you can download the Kits you purchased. They should now be available for you.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them exept Star wars. Bought all three kits when it came out.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Loading the game
What happens when the bug occurs? The kits are nowhere to be found and when I open Origin it's like I never bought them. Says "Items deleted" when I load the game in previous households.
What do you expect to see? All the kits items
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I bought all the kits but they are gone from my game
I don't mean to step on any moderators' toes, but you need to contact EA to fix this.
Here is the quick and dirty way to do this:
Everyone. You need to sign in to your EA ACCOUNT to check purchases and to fix this problem:
Go here: ea.com
Log in. Click on your account icon in the upper right corner and log in.
Click on Account Settings.
From the Left panel choose Order History
Confirm your purchases are there.
NEXT: Access Help
Click on the EA Help on the upper right part of your screen next to your account icon.
Click CONTACT US upper left-hand corner of the screen
In the "What can we help you with? Select the game or service" line, input the Sims 4
Select your platform.
Select Manage My Account.
Select Find Missing Game
Click Select Contact Option.
A chat box will open up. Complete it with all necessary information.
Then a chat will begin as soon as help is available.
@whubble1817I'm speaking with many people in Facebook groups about the game and they are all having this problem, me too. This is widespread. I played earlier and the kit was there, now it's gone, so this happened today at some point and happened to a great number of people, only now people are noticing and reporting it.
I was told by EA to wait a while and it will be fixed on their end.
