The issue with the Kits should be fixed now. If you haven't yet had a chance to check, please see if you can download the Kits you purchased. They should now be available for you.

I am having this problem but its with the new Kits that just came out, like i have the receipt in both emails and on the ea accounts, but on origin and in game it says that i don't own them anymore. i don't understand what happened they were all working perfectly fine. I am freaking out because ya'll took my money and then took the content away?!?!

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except vampires and batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? unsure, it just presented a dialog box when I loaded the game to say that some content had been removed
What happens when the bug occurs? All items from the kit has disappeared and it now says 'unowned'
What do you expect to see? kit restored and all items back
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?
Originally it was all three kits that disappeared however I moved mod files out of my game files, checked for updates and repaired the game from the origin portal. I then signed out and back in and the other two kits appeared as well as paranormal (hadn't noticed it missing).
