Save’s not loading, stuck with spinning plumbob

I have searched for a solution but I cannot find any. Since installing reapers rewards I can only play a household two or three times after creating them before they no longer load, I just get stuck ...

@wcah87  Are you using the Off the Grid lot challenge?  If so, please remove it, which you can do by choosing Load Game (rather than Resume) and loading the lot in Build mode.
