Hi, I tried opening the game today and it wouldn't launch so I looked up how to fix it, and ended up moving the Sims4 file to my Desktop and then moved it back. The game finally opened, but all of my save data were gone including all of the mods I installed. Is there a way to recover it or is unavailable forever? I am using a Windows computer by the way.
Please let me know if there's a way, it took me a long time to install those mods and I don't want to do it again.
@Divinehopex1 As long as the files themselves are intact, there should absolutely be a way to restore them. First of all, please make sure you've added them to the folder Sims 4 is actually reading. Here's how to find that folder:

You can double-check the file path to any individual file by right-clicking and selecting Properties > General. The Location is the file path.
If the files are all in the correct location, according to the game, but still aren't loading, please post a screenshot of the contents of the folder they're in, as in, I'd like to see the files themselves.
