leoraven24 It sounds like you're not looking at the Sims 4 folder the game is reading. Here's how to find the location it's currently using:

You'll need to put your saves and other files in that location. (The creations you save to your personal library are stored in Tray, in the same Sims 4 folder.) If this is NOT the location you want Sims 4 to use, we can fix that; in that case, please list the location the game is reading and the one you want to use.
