Save files are missing entirely.

Question

Hello!I'm the kind of player who opens the game once a year or so. Last time I played we still had the old Main Menu.&nbsp;I opened my game and there was no game to load. I started digging through my folders and my save file is missing completely. I can't find it anywhere. It's not in the OneDrive and it does not exist anywhere in my explorer.&nbsp;I've tried deleting all my mods, uninstallning and reinstalling, tried everything I can find on the EA page but nothing works.If this has happened to anyone else, how did you do and where could the file be hiding? It can't just disappear without me deleting it right? And if that is the case... Does anyone know how to recover it?&nbsp;Thanks in advance, I'd really like help because I spent a lot of time in this save and I like coming back to see all the things I made over the years.

Lillalou2001&nbsp; OneDrive could have removed the save from your computer, and later deleted it—with a standard account, it only keeps files in its recycle bin for 30 days.
Regardless of whether this is the cause of the issue, there's no way to recover the save if it's not on your computer and not on onedrive.com.&nbsp; EA doesn't support cloud saves for Sims 4.&nbsp; If you want to make absolutely sure it's gone, you could download Everything, from VoidTools, which is a free (and highly efficient) search tool.&nbsp; Search for Slot_ and see what shows up.
