Save files gone, what to do?
Its been a hot minute since I played. Maybe a month or 2. I had to update the sims, enable mods and download all the packs again. When I did, all the packs popup menus came up like I just downloaded them for the first time on the main menu. The tips pop-ups came up like I'm playing for the first time. The file I have been playing for a year isn't in my load files. Not sure what happened. There are no save files in my bin and I see multiple in my sims 4 save folder.
@TruelilBunny It sounds like the game is reading a different user folder than the one that contains your saves, and also the data that you've already used all these packs. Here's how to find that new folder:

Move your saves and anything else you'd like to keep to that folder, and it should load in-game. Alternately, if you don't want Sims 4 reading the new folder, list the new folder's location as well as the old one's (right-click that folder and select Properties > General, then list the Location), and I'll help you restore the old location if possible.
