Save files gone, what to do?
Its been a hot minute since I played. Maybe a month or 2. I had to update the sims, enable mods and download all the packs again. When I did, all the packs popup menus came up like I just downloaded ...
@TruelilBunny It sounds like the game is reading a different user folder than the one that contains your saves, and also the data that you've already used all these packs. Here's how to find that new folder:

Move your saves and anything else you'd like to keep to that folder, and it should load in-game. Alternately, if you don't want Sims 4 reading the new folder, list the new folder's location as well as the old one's (right-click that folder and select Properties > General, then list the Location), and I'll help you restore the old location if possible.
