Save files missing

Question

I've played 363 hours and I've never had a problem but today I started up the game and there wasn't any option to continue my previous games it was just the play button with nothing under it. It even asked me if I wanted a tutorial on how to play.

I tried looking online for help and I tried going in to documents/electronic art/sims4/saves but it's completely empty. I've spent over 2 hours looking through my laptop and looking for help and trying everything that people said online, I even tried repairing the game but nothing is working. I was playing yesterday and it was completely fine, but now I really don't know what to do and it's stressing me so much that I want to cry. Please help.

Unfortunately this doesn't help, I've already seen these websites, they were the first things I found while searching, but thanks for trying.&nbsp;

@Ravenw0lf1Have you checked if you don't have The Sims4 Legacy Edition folder in Documents?Theoretically, your saves should be moved from the old The Sims 4 folder to this new LE but it turned out that in many cases players had to do it personally.
