Saved game disappeared

I just recently I installed the game on my device and reinstalled it, I also installed some game pack expansion packs and stuff packs and I realized that on my way to load a game that it was missing and I couldn't find it. The last time I played this game was between December 9th 2020 and December 31st of 2020 so I'm genuinely perplexed at what it went to make it even better that was the game that had the most progress on it
