Saved to gallery but no showing up in the catalog

I’m currently trying to save my building because I want to reset my game due to bug erros. Like I don’t use cc in my building and they are tagging as I did. 
There is no apparent problem downloading them to the gallery. It shows the notification and from there I’m able to open. But when I go to my online profile, even though is saying that the number of shared content is up, my building is not there. Not on the catalog. 
if there is anyway to restart my game whiteout loosing my current buildings, if there is any other way to specific save just the buildings, I’m open to it. I just can’t loose them bc it was a lot of work, but I can’t play normally due to bug erros.
