Saves and mods aren't loading after moving to D drive

Because I was running out of space on my C drive, I moved all my Sims 4 stuff (Origin Games and Documents/Electronic Arts) to my D drive, which has way more space. I followed a tutorial on doing this...

    @TasGreenwood If you start a new save and save that, does that still get saved to the c drive ?

      @crinrict No, it doesn't. It gets saved to my D drive, but none of the other saves on there load in

        @TasGreenwood Could you post a screenshot of your user folder in d ? take one of the saves folder. Include the path but make sure to remove any personal info showing on the picture.
