Saves and mods aren't loading after moving to D drive

Because I was running out of space on my C drive, I moved all my Sims 4 stuff (Origin Games and Documents/Electronic Arts) to my D drive, which has way more space. I followed a tutorial on doing this...

I have my user folder here, but my actual documents folder for some reason isn't in it.

@TasGreenwood looks like something went wrong with that re-directing

Could you also post a screenshot of the relink you put (like it's explained in the tutorial above)
