Screen flickering when in fulll-screen mode?

@LeannaJadeeeeeee Most of the crashes in your dxdiag are from Dell SupportAssist, which is supposed to download new drivers and other software for your computer. But it's clearly not doing its job—some of your drivers are quite out of date—and the crashes could be slowing down your system. Even though it's probably not directly related to the screen flickering, it's still a good idea to uninstall the software. Instructions are here:
If you want to reinstall it, instructions for that are on the same page. I'd personally prefer to update everything myself, but a lot of people don't want to have to monitor that closely.
On the subject of the flickering, the one Sims 4 error is probably related to the driver for your graphics card. The simplest solution is to update it. You can download a new one here:
