Screen going black after loading

I've tried literally everything. Genuinely every solution that's ever been posted before. Updating my computer, restarting, verifying, trying to reset it to factory settings, even running it through Steam. I know its not my mods, because I took them out after it went black the first time. 

It opened the first time I ran it, then went black. 

This is what my reliability monitor says, if it helps at all:

    PixelStatus​  If this is still happening after today's patch, please let me know whether it happens in both fullscreen and windowed modes.  If you can't get far enough to switch in-game, you can edit Options.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, to set fullscreen to 0 or 1.

    Please also provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
