Screenshots Not Saving

In-game screenshots (taken with the F12 key) are not appearing in my Screenshots folder, even though the game shows a "Screenshot Taken: The Sims 4" notification in the bottom right after I try.  I'm checking the appropriate folder shown in the Screen Capture Location Path, but no new images are showing up.

I tried turning off Windows Security for the Electronic Arts and Origin folders and adding process exceptions for TS4.exe and TS4_x64.exe (which was a solution found in a much older post for this same issue), and that did not work. Turning off Mods/CC also did not resolve the issue. My regular Windows screenshot button works just fine, but I don't want my TS4 screenshots lumped in with my general computer screenshots.
