I tried everyting, someone help me for god sake? Since 12 of this month I can't play.
The things I already tried above:
-Clear the cache;
-Uninstal and instal 5x;
-Cleaning the sims 4 folder;
-Reseting the game and starting without mods;
-Put the game running as admin;
-Cleaning in the regedit;
-Uninstaling all mods;
-Repairing in the Origin/steam;
-Turning off my antivirus and firewall;
-VPN;
-Changing the definitions in the configs of the graphics;
-CMD DNS cleaning;
I have the same problem. When I contacted EA they said they are aware of the problem and have a team working on it. Didn't give an ETA though of when they might be done.
I'll try other methods if I succeed I'll send you a message. Hope everything gets fixed.
The same thing just happend to me.... Did you manage to solve it?
Not yet, I'm testing if is a software that is causing that error somehow and editing the settings and permissions in the windows defender and the task manager, if not just can be in the regedit the keys of the origin/Sims4.
