Just logged into my account for the first time in a about a year and saw that my security question is in Russian. I looked on online and its seems like a lot of people have had the same problem. all the post say contact EA help on 800373473, but the number doesn't work in New Zealand. is there another way to contact them.
Community Admin@SOB-Major Hmm, that's the number I have too. Does it work if you try adding the +64 country code prefix? Are you calling between 9am and 9pm NZST?
Calling is the way forward, you've taken the right steps, but if there are problems with the number that's something we of course want to straighten out.
