Self-publishing action does not stack up

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Write 2 any books. 2. Click a mailbox and select "Self publish". And select Book 1. 3. Repeat previous step and this time, select Book 2.
What happens when the bug occurs? The first "publish" action will be cancelled automatically.
What do you expect to see? The action should not be cancelled automatically. Other publish option, such as LibertyDigest/SelltoPublisher can stack up actions.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
yet another old bug
- Tested this and have no issues with them. I can stack them just fine on both self-publish and sell to publisher.
Could you test a fresh save for testing purposes.
