Shadow Sims???

So, I've been having issues. I have an HP laptop (no clue what kind) and I play PC. At first my game would just force quit every time I tried so either make and save a new household or open a current one, but everything inside make a sim worked the way it should. I deleted my folder and let it remake a new one a few times, tried seeing if it would work within other worlds, got rid of all my cc and mods, but nothing worked. And then I tried deleting everything a third time and now it's even worse! In make a sim, sims don't even show up any more, they just appear as shadows. Adding clothes or changing features doesn't help. I still can't save new households or open old ones. I don't know a single thing about technology. Help! I'm attaching the DxDiag I ran on the advice of someone else on the server, in case it can help (if I even ran it right....).

    @Nova78293 

    Sadly your PC is below minimum requirements for the game.

    Too weak CPU and Graphics. But most importantly you have a very small disk drive where there currently is 0 space available.
    If you are able to upgrade to a bigger drive you may be able to run the Legacy edition but I can not guarantee that.

    Thank you for your help. I've never had any issues with it before, but I guess my sad little laptop finally gave up... I'm gonna look into getting a new one. Thanks again!
