Shift + 9 Not functional? After SW patch?

@instantmagic according to the stuff I've read, to move objects up and down, you just need to use 9 and 0 on their own, with no other key. If that doesn't work, people recommend trying control+9 and control+0 too, especially if you're in Sims 3 camera mode.

Shift+9 is the key command to set a fixed camera position. Pressing Shift+9 again will snap the camera back to that position. Pressing 9 on it's own will smoothly pan the camera to that position. Those are the key commands for cinematic camera placement, for people who like making videos and taking photos in game.

If you are trying to move objects up and down and you've set a camera position to also use the 9 key, then you'll run into these problems because the camera setting will take priority over the move object up and down functions.

To clear the camera point you saved when you set shift+9, you can delete it with alt+9. That should free up the 9 key and let you use it in build mode to move things up and down.
