Showcased Lots gone, Gallery is empty

I previously uploaded lots with houses to The Sims 4 Gallery and shared to public aka clicked the "showcase" cloud button. After re-installing the game, updating my EA account password, and losing my local saves - none of my publicly shared lots appear in the gallery. I understand that private ones wouldn't show. Public ones should be on the server. 

I reinstalled the game and an update took place on 18th of March. 

Is there anything I can do? (I contacted EA support but they just sent me here. ) I uploaded a new house, hoping any old content would show up, but it doesn't.
