sim 4 loading screen then crashes
can someone please help i have had this issue for 3 days now i lauch my sim 4 game like normal it shows the loading screen then all of a sudden tthe game shuts down like the audio starts glitching then the game just removes i have deleted all my cc i have removed gshade i have updated the game i have clean cache ea i have repaired the game but nothing works so im asking you guys for help pls ☹️
@alessiaey As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
