Sim Appearance Changes When Travelling

I've been having some trouble with my Sims weight drastically changing (And it seems to change permanently) whenever I use the travel option. My Sim goes from having a larger build, to a more thinner and petite build. 

So far, I've restarted my computer and reloaded the game, checked for any OS updates and latest updates for the Sims (All are up to date) and I am currently re-installing the game now to see if that fixes the problem. 

I've included screenshots of a before and after of my Sim. Has anyone else had this problem?

    @Anonymous Do you have any cc/mods? What is the video system in your computer?

    Yes I do have custom content installed. I thought it might be to do with the CAS CC, but once the game reinstalled and I tested it again, it worked fine.

    Then I edited the world and repeated the process using CC in CAS and a custom lot, and the issue appeared again.

    I usually have to create a random Sim then evict them so I can edit the world to place a custom lot I want my Sim to live in, I am thinking that the issue may be to do with this.

    As for the video system, are you talking about graphics card etc? I apologise, my knowledge regarding computer components is not very thorough.
