Sim bathing in random clothes NO CC

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs and expansions
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take a bath, shower, or go skinny dipping.
What happens when the bug occurs? When my sim becomes naked, they are wearing different outfits that are random every time.
What do you expect to see? When my sim becomes nude in the shower, bath or pool they shouldn't be wearing clothes.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Since the latest patch (didn't happen immediately so not sure if it's the patch.) my sims have been bathing/showering/skinny dipping in random maxis outfits. I'm aware there use to be a huge issue with sims bathing in cc, but i removed all my CC and this is still happening. Before removing my CC i used the mod for resetting sims bathing outfit. When i used this mod and entered the cheat in the console all it did was change the outfit i was wearing into another random outfit. I also tried using MCC and it did the same thing, just changed the outfit. Again, all Maxis outfits. I'm at a loss on how to fix it.
