Sim can't feed toddler - plate gets stuck to hand

Error in the system

My toddler sims can not eat

I am having trouble with my sims 4. My mother sim will not feed her toddler the dish is stuck to her hand and when the sister try to feed her also, they do not sit the dish down it stay stuck to their hand how can i fix this. this problem just start happening the mother and sister was able to feed the toddler before now they are not able too, hope this can be fixed.

    @chantenail764 I tested your save and the issue is that the highchair is placed with moo. Try placing it somewhere else and don't use moo.

    @crinrict Yes the mom and toddler are friends moms pick toddler up, mom bath toddler she just cant put the bowl down while toddler is sitting in high chair it also happens when the older sister try to feed the toddler also and the bowl are stuck to the their hands until i exit out the game and restart it than it back to same problem when i try to feed the toddler.
