SIm doesn't stay in bed

My sims will not stay asleep. When their energy is low, they go to bed for like 2 hours and wake up and get out of bed without their energy full. I make them go back to sleep and same thing happens so they are constantly having to take naps during the day. My sims also start walking by themself around the house. I select for them to do something but they start walking around randomly and i cant cancel what they are doing until they finally do what i selected them to do.
