Sim Glitching/Flashing in CAS

@onlygirlever101 DO NOT reinstall before you troubleshoot. Most of the problems are caused by user data and the game DOES NOT have to be reinstalled to correct user data issues. That computer is not exactly new. Dell lists several versions of that model. You will need to post your computer's dxdiag so we know how your computer is configured. thank you

It would be best if you just exported them to a text file and upload that to your post.

From what I can tell from the pic though, you have very old drivers and an old card. I would be surprised if it runs

I looked on this (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/the-sims/the-sims-4/the-sims-4-system-requirements) earlier and from what I could tell it met most of the minimum requirements. I'm definitely not the brightest when it comes to computers and what not so I could be wrong. It just confuses me that the base game itself won't work on here but the demo version does.. And yes it is a pretty old computer, since we all use laptops in our house now and this pc is used for Sims 2.

Well, XP is no longer supported by microsoft and your graphics drivers are from 2006

According to this list: http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/774696/updated-supported-graphics-card-list-the-sims-4-edition/p1 your card is not good enough..

Also, what would I have to replace in order for it to work? Or do I just need to buy a new computer all together?
