Well, XP is no longer supported by microsoft and your graphics drivers are from 2006
According to this list: http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/774696/updated-supported-graphics-card-list-the-sims-4-edition/p1 your card is not good enough..

Also, what would I have to replace in order for it to work? Or do I just need to buy a new computer all together?
