Sim won't leave leave my house

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have <removed> mod on my computer as well as many other CCs but this mod is the one that's causing trouble.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Download <removed> mod and call over <removed> on the computer.
What happens when the bug occurs? The dude shows up but won't leave my lot. I've tried to use cheats and to get him to travel with me but it always says he's busy.
What do you expect to see? There's no option to ask him to leave which I need to get him to go away.

When I call <removed> over, he does what I need him to do but then he doesn't leave. There's no option to ask him to leave and I can't kill him because he's the only <removed> I have.
