Your Geforce drivers are very old. Please visit Nvidia.com to upgrade them.

Also make sure the game is using the Nvidia card not the builtin Intel graphics.

I recommend that you get Geforce Experience as this will keep the driver updated and you can use it to optimize the game for the card.
