Sims 4 - No product code

@ToxTox7044 The error message you're seeing is misleading. You don't need to enter a product code; you need to be signed into an account that owns Sims 4. When you're using an account that doesn't own a game you're trying to launch, Origin throws this error. (The product codes are still relevant for older games, just not Sims 4.)
If you're sure you're in fact using the correct account, I'd suggest contacting EA customer support to make sure the purchase went through and the game is technically on your account.
