Hello everyone,I updated my Sims 4 today and after creating a new Sim I noticed that my packs are not shown in CAS.All my packs are shown normally in the EA app and in the main menu too.I also deleted my game cache in EA.Can someone please help me, I don't want to delete everything and reinstall it.And I got it repaired in the EA app.

@zvanillaskyz Your packs look like they're installed properly, and there's no sign of a second copy of the game. Are you sure that none of their content (Dream Home Decorator and Romantic Garden) is loading at all? And the EA App still thinks this content is installed properly, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? If so, I would suggest a clean uninstall and reinstall of the game and the EA App, as described here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/PC/CURRENT-ISSUE-Sims-4-DLC-shows-as-installed-won-t-load-in-game/m-p/12416260#uninstall It's possible some registry entries or other hidden files are corrupted and preventing your packs from loading, and unless you want to manually delete everything, a clean install is the best approach.

@zvanillaskyz Do your packs show as owned and installed in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? If so, that's this issue:

If your packs don't show as owned, you've probably signed into the wrong EA account, so please try any other email address you have access to.

thank you very much for the answer. I am logged in with my correct account. I read the text in the link and tried out all the options. Since I never had a CAS demo, that wasn't the problem. I have already reinstalled my sims for the third time. I also deleted cache. I also updated my graphics card driver (supposedly it helped someone) I wrote with ea myself but they can't suggest anything... This is all making me very sad...
In the EA App and the Menu in Sims 4 it tells me that i own all packs. but as soon as i am in the game like CAS it tells me that i own none..
Sorry for my bad english its not my first language.

@zvanillaskyz A simple uninstall/reinstall may not help here. But instead of uninstalling yet again, please run searches for two or three of your missing packs. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one of the missing packs in the search field in the upper-right corner. This is the full list of packs:

For example, if you're looking for Seasons, you'd search for EP05 . Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here. Then repeat for one or two more packs.

I only installed a few smaller packs to see if there is a problem with the big ones.
