Sims 4 - Romantic Interactions Issue

Hi,

I wanted to post about an issue I have been having recently in my game. In my current save file, I have two adult sims that keep resetting themselves after a romantic interactions. I do not use mods but I have found that since the two sims were dating as teenagers and are now young adults, their romantic interactions keep resetting due to this. So, now I am stuck with having to make a new save and import them there but lose all their family relationships and friends in the process. Please fix this issue as from what I have seen from Reddit, I am not the only person with this issue.
