Sims 4 - Won't save any progress

Hi, my game will not save. When playing all progress is lost, I can add money to the household/delete sims and it will revert back to the original amount/family when I click "manage worlds". I removed mods/CC and repaired the game. Nothing has worked, OneDrive is also not installed.

I went into old saved games and this issue is not happening. I just don't want to start over again.

Sims04Player Please open this location:

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Temp\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4

With the save loaded, see whether there's a scratch folder with a scratch_[numbers] folder inside. If there is, look inside there and let me know how many files there are in total and how many of negligible size. You can sort the folder contents by file size.
